This attractive steel cabinet was built in the 1930s or 1940s and was used for many years in the old army bakery in Leipzig.
To enhance its appearance, it has been treated with lye and linseed oil. To make the cabinet even more useful, we’ve fitted shelves inside which are made out of antique oak. The wood came from the floorboards of an old brewery and has been treated with hard oil.
