This chair made out of steel and plywood was manufactured in
1950 – probably by BEMEFA, the successor company to Rowac. It was sourced at a railway repair shop in the city of Halle.
We’ve sandblasted, brushed and waxed the steel parts, and the seat and backrest have been sanded and oiled.
