The steel case (powder coated black) with polished cast aluminum end caps and chrome-plated brackets. Pivotally mounted on a cast iron base with wheels, which was originally used as a slider housing for regulating the supply of steam to the turbine of a power plant.
Foot sandblasted, brushed, waxed. The headlamp is equipped with a ten-foot cord and plug. Originally designed for use in industrial and marine designed waterproof. Manufactured by the former Saxon bronze factory, Wurzen near Leipzig.
