This spotlight produced in the 1930s/1940s was originally installed on a crane.
The steel components have been brushed, polished and chrome-plated, and the aluminum parts have been beautifully polished. The wiring has been replaced using nice thick 3x 2.5mm² electrical cables.
The cast-iron foot dates back to the early twentieth century, when it originally served as the subframe of a factory drill.
It has been sandblasted, brushed and waxed, and mounted on an oiled oak section fitted with castors, one of which can be secured. We have beautifully married the spotlight to the foot using piping and wood.
